Capital Card™

Welcome to the Capital Card™ scheme, a reward card that means you, the service user, can earn and spend points in direct relation to your recovery. Much like a Tesco Clubcard or Boots Advantage Card, it means you can earn through attending appointments or engaging in treatment services, and spend points on fun activities such as the cinema or gym.

Born from the desires of our clients to reconnect with the real world, the Capital Card™ transforms reintegration services by, quite literally, ‘tapping in’ to communities.  With a whole range of places to go and activities to choose from, our clients, families and carers have real-time access to our earn and spend directory of services

What do I need to do?

Ask your key worker for a Capital Card™ at your next appointment – all you’ll have to do is read and sign our service user charter and then you’ll be registered and given a card. Then the earning begins!

You can earn by doing any activity that is related to your recovery; some examples include: key working appointments, groups, healthcare appointments, volunteering with us (or anyone else), peer mentoring, getting sexual health or blood borne virus screening, getting vaccinated, attending family or carer support services, engaging with criminal justice interventions including probation, DRR & ATR groups and appointments, attending appointments with the Job Centre, and a whole range of other services.
